REFUND POLICY

Overview

At 2x Monster Trucks, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please follow the instructions below to request a replacement or refund.

Refund/Return Eligibility

Merchandise Returns

Merchandise returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under our Ticket Insurance Policy, if purchased, and in accordance with its terms.

  • If an event is canceled, tickets will be refunded, or you may exchange them for another event of equal value. In the case of rescheduled events, your tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Transferability

  • Tickets may be transferred

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for a defective product, please email us at support@2xmonstertrucks.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, a photo of the issue. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds and Replacements

If your return request is approved, you have the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund. Once we receive the defective item, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

For defective items, 2x Monster Trucks will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once your return request is approved.
